Fast-food giant McDonald’s and footwear sensation Crocs have announced an exciting global collaboration. The collaboration aims to combine the iconic McDonald’s brand with the comfort and style of Crocs, creating a unique fashion statement for fans around the world.
McDonald’s, renowned for its signature burgers and fries, is collaborating with Crocs, the popular foam clog company, on a global collection of shoes, socks, and Jibbitz charms. The items draw inspiration from McDonald’s most beloved menu items and characters.
Set to launch on November 14th, 2023, the playful designs will be available in over 30 countries around the world.
The McDonald’s x Crocs lineup includes clogs, sandals, and slides in classic McDonald’s red, yellow, and black. Hamburglar-inspired black-and-white striped clogs allow fans to channel the mischievous mascot. Charming Jibbitz shaped like Big Macs, Chicken McNuggets, World Famous Fries, and milkshakes add some McDonald’s flair.
Other whimsical styles feature McDonald’s characters like the purple Grimace and pink-and-yellow Birdie. There are even matching socks with McDonald’s motifs.
“We know our fans love expressing themselves through fashion, and this collaboration with Crocs gives them a comfortable and playful way to do just that,” said Alyssa Buetikofer, McDonald’s VP and Chief Marketing Officer.
Crocs SVP of Global Marketing, Michelle Poole, added, “McDonald’s and Crocs fans have a great sense of fun and style, and we think they’ll love rocking these iconic designs.”
The items range in price from $20 for socks up to $75 for Crocs. Part of the proceeds will go to Ronald McDonald House Charities, which provides housing and care to families with sick children.
With their joining of comfort and playfulness, the McDonald’s x Crocs collection is sure to delight fans, old and new. The iconic collaboration drops on November 14th worldwide.
