NASA’s SpaceX Crew-6 Mission Set Launch Date to the ISS.

The crew is expected to remain at the ISS for approximately six months.

NASA’s SpaceX Crew-6 mission is set to take off in February, and the agency has planned a series of briefings and interviews to highlight the mission. The mission is the sixth crew rotation flight involving a U.S. commercial spacecraft carrying crew for a science expedition aboard the International Space Station (ISS).

On January 25th, there will be a mission overview news conference at 12 p.m. EST and a crew news conference at 2 p.m. which will be broadcast live on NASA Television, the NASA app, and the agency’s website. The Crew-6 mission will be manned by NASA astronauts Stephen Bowen and Warren Hoburg, UAE astronaut Sultan Alneyadi, and Roscosmos cosmonaut Andrey Fedyaev.

The Falcon 9 rocket and the Dragon Endeavour spacecraft is scheduled to launch no earlier than February 26th from Launch Complex 39A at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida. This event according to the agency, will be the final media opportunity to speak to the Crew-6 astronauts before they travel to Kennedy for launch.
