On Sunday evening, SpaceX successfully launched the USSF-67 mission aboard the Falcon Heavy rocket. Approximately 8 minutes later, the company successfully recovered the side booster in a synchronized maneuver at the LZ1 and LZ2 landing zones. The center booster, as previously discussed, was expended in the ocean. Here are a few images from the launch.
The next SpaceX is scheduled Thursday, January 19th on a Falcon 9 carrying 51 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit. The launch will take place from Space Launch Complex 4 East (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California. The first stage of the rocket will then make a return journey back to Earth and land on the Of Course I Still Love You droneship located in the Pacific Ocean. The launch will be streamed live with the webcast starting a few minutes before the scheduled lift-off.
